Line Level Music is proud to
announce the release of Jonah Koslen
& Breathless: 1978-1981. One
of the original members of The Michael
Stanley band, Jonah (who authored such
MSB classics as "Waste A Little Time On
Me", "Ladies Choice", "Nothings Gonna
Change My Mind" and "Strike Up The
Band") formed Breathless upon exiting
MSB after the Stagepass
album. Putting together an amazing
lineup of Cleveland musicians, they
released two great albums, 1978's
Breathless and 1980's Nobody
Leaves This Song Alive.
This new best of contains almost all of
those two albums plus two bonus live
tracks; a previously unreleased Koslen
tune recorded at The Shore Theater in
1979 and an epic version of Breathless
favorite "Glued To The Radio' recorded
in 1980 at the legendary Cleveland
Agora.
If you're already hip to Breathless this
is a long-awaited career-spanning
compilation and if you're just getting
on board, well, you're in for one hell
of a musical ride!

On
June 19, 2004 Michael Stanley and the Resonators took
the stage at Cleveland's Tower City Amphitheater and,
through the magic of "Instant Live" CD recording system,
this show was saved for posterity. And, for those who
weren't present, the good folks at Line Level
have procured a number of copies which are now available
to you. The band was joined for several numbers by
former MSB mates Kevin Raleigh (vocals and keyboards)
and Michael Gismondi (bass) and for a unique version of
"Bound To Be" by the song's composer Bill Deasy who
opened the show. This 26 song 3-CD set comes in the
basic "Instant Live" jewel case and has no liner notes
or track listings.
